Personal Training

Your Personal Training sessions provide you with fantastic workouts. We have over 20 years of experience and use that knowledge to prepare each workout session. Our athletic trainers challenge you both mentally and physically, pushing you to find your inner athlete.

We work with athletes of all ages and abilities, whether you are training for a marathon or starting a new exercise program.  We also use a variety of current athletic training techniques to prevent and rehabilitate orthopaedic injuries.

​

We offer individual training sessions, semi-private, and small group sessions, ranging from 30-60 minutes.  The frequency of your session is a decision made with your Trainer.

Virtual Training

Virtual Training Sessions provide you with the same quality workout as an in-person Training Session. We design your program and communicate with easy -to -use technology on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, documenting workouts and nutrition to ensure success.  We also assist in the assembly of your home gym to make the most of your exercise environment.

Home Gym

Home Gym Assembly

Building a home gym is a great way to ensure you never miss a workout!  Having assembled hundreds of home gyms, we work with your space to assemble the most efficient workout environment.  Home gym assembly can be done virtually or in-person.

Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation allows you to create a platform that will help define and achieve your fitness goals.  Your platform is a detailed program that takes into account your current level of fitness, orthopaedic challenges, and barriers that may affect your ability to reach your desired outcomes.  This free consultation allows you to determine the right path.

On Going Support

Whether we train twice a week or twice a month, our clients benefit from weekly contact.  Regular communication allows us to answer questions, evaluate daily activity, organize nutritional strategies, and provide motivational encouragement.  Weekly touch points create a relationship that nurtures familiarity and accountability.  This strategy is often the most important aspect of a successful training program.

 

Assessment

Your Assessment allows us gain an understanding of your body mechanics.  Looking at your movement pattern we design a program that addresses your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.  Using this information we are able to create a personalized training program and provide you with training sessions that are safe, effective, and challenging.

Training Sessions  

We offer individual and small group training sessions.

​

While working exclusively with a professional trainer you receive regular assessments of your capabilities and customized workouts that push your limits.  Training sessions are challenging no matter your fitness level.  Over time, you will feel stronger, healthier, and leaner!

 

Small Group Training 

(2-4 individuals) Group sessions offer the same benefit as individual training sessions with added motivation.  Research indicates that those who work out with a friend are more consistent with their training and tend to push themselves harder.  In addition to your group training sessions, each client will receive an individualized home program.

 

Nutritional Guidance 

Nutrition is the fuel that moves your engine!  Healthy food habits will create the ideal training environment giving you the strength, endurance, and confidence to excel.   A customized nutritional strategy will ensure a lifetime of success.  We evaluate macro nutrient consumption (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) and look at the role of sugar in your diet.
